and shows you that the battlefield of angry ghosts was never real,
and shows you all is in your mind: The world's a mask you hide behind.
Be lifted up, into a higher place. Be lifted up, beyond all time and space.
Let Spirit teach you how to see, the miracle will set you free
from images that never lived, that disappear when you forgive.
Be lifted up, into the quiet truth that lets you share love's gentle point of view,
where fragmentation is undone within the wholeness of God's Son.
A different world then shines with peace when grievances have been released.
Be lifted up into your holy home. Behold the light of glory that's your own.
Remember Who You really are, the Child of God, safe in His heart.
Remember that He ever sings this song to lead you back to Him.
Be lifted up. Be lifted up. Be lifted up to God.
I will not compromise. I will not sacrifice.
I'll not believe the lies of sin and lack.
I will not buy the bait of judgment, doubt or hate.
I will not rage at fate, by fear attacked.
But I will shine my light, let Spirit heal my sight
to look upon the Christ in everyone.
And love I will extend, thoughts of forgiveness send,
and let my sadness end, guilt be undone.
I will not hide in fear and cover up my ears
when Spirit's Voice I hear calling me home.
I will not go apart live in the secret dark,
or close my mind and heart to love's sweet tones.
But I will take your hand, ask you to understand,
and do all that I can to speak the truth.
I'll see your shining soul, remember we are whole.
Give up the pleasure; give up the pain.
You might not believe it, but they are the same.
They say you're a body and death is your goal.
You're broken in pieces. You'll never be whole.
They share the same purpose: attacking God's Son,
The pain and the pleasure are one.
Give up the bad things. Don't search for the good.
Don't do what you shouldn't. Don't do what you should.
Illusions are unreal, no matter what kind.
The world offers nothing to satisfy mind.
All forms are unworthy of God's holy Son,
The good forms and the bad forms are one.
Give up your concepts of less and of more.
You cannot be wealthy; you cannot be poor.
Your function is wholeness. You make God complete.
No limits restrict you. You're forever free.
Eternal the union of Father and Son,
The rich thoughts and the poor thoughts are one.
There can be no conflict between me and you
when we know One Mind is all that is true.
The ego would teach us: defend and attack,
that someone has stolen the power we lack.
But no dream can fragment the Love of God's Son
that always and always is one.
There's no need for healing an unwounded heart,
and no need for joining what can't come apart.
It's all in perspective, the way that you see.
Look with the Spirit at reality:
You have one Creator, and He has one Son,
Who always and always are One.
To heaven we will go, our mind made new.
My brother, we are one. We are God's holy Son
and nothing have we done to leave His Mind.
In Him our being is. Only in God we live.
When we learn to forgive, this truth we find.
What joy to soar in grace and ever celebrate
the light that God creates to shine through us.
We join in holy peace, the past of pain released.
All dreams of guilt must cease in God's great love.

and nothing have we done to leave His Mind.
In Him our being is. Only in God we live.
When we learn to forgive, this truth we find.
